We hire slowly. Most production access is certificate-backed. Shared jump boxes are not part of the architecture.

Vendor / contractor engineers

External engineers do not use employee Okta or AnyConnect. After legal signs, Customer Success sends a vendor packet with a dedicated remote-access hostname. That host is not login.riskiens.com and is not published on the marketing site.
